BHIMA RUGGIERO

Bhima Ruggiero is a commercial sales and leasing specialist with Gibraltar. Bhima had been in the real estate business for over 20 years accumulating a variety of experience and education. He started out in the business as a 19 year old Apartment Resident Manager, continuing on to residential real estate sales, property management and arriving at his current passion of being a commercial real estate broker which he has been doing at Gibraltar for the last 10 years.

Bhima has gone on to be an investor himself, he owns a small multi-family portfolio in the Central Seattle area. One of Bhima’s greatest assets is his diverse experience, which allows him to relate to his clients in a way most commercial agents can’t, as a Property Manager, as a property owner, he understands their emotions, their needs, their wants and their goals.

Bhima is a self proclaimed “Hard Worker” and has shown this throughout his career. Where some agents sit behind a desk, Bhima often hits the streets walking and talking to prospects, driving neighborhoods, dispersing property information in ways that might seem less conventional to some but has shown to be a proven success for his clients. Bhima works hard in the trenches, from beginning of a transaction to the end. From the first proposal/listing agreement, to marketing, to negotiations, to closing the deal, he shows that hard work does pay off.

Working hard with diverse types of properties, property owners and business owners is something Bhima takes pride in. He has worked in challenging locations, with unique buildings, where some brokers would see a difficult road, Bhima sees a path to progress.

An abundance of Bhima’s progress has been attributed to his desire to obtain real estate education past and present. Bhima has numerous real state course completion certificates and has participated in numerous accredited programs such as “CCIM” Certified Commercial Investment Member and “IREM” Institute of Real Estate Management. Bhima knows that times have changed and will continue to change and educating your self will allow you to stay at the top of your game.

Bhima has also taken an interest in helping individuals in our communities, strengthening our communities by hosting numerous can food drives for local food banks, toy drives for Foster Children and offering an Apartment Manager training program which he created and teaches at no charge to Foster Kids who are transitioning into adulthood, at risk young adults and low income single mothers.   

Bhima has a diverse amount of Real Estate education and experience over the last 20 years. This has allowed him to be successful in this business. He shares his clients emotions and dreams, works hard to obtain their goals, understands their unique/diverse challenges and continues to educate himself in order to be the best broker he can be while helping our community become stronger.
