Principals

Gerry Pigotti

PRINCIPAL

Gerry’s career in real estate management, brokerage, development, and investment spans more than 25 years. As the Principal and Founder of several related companies, Gerry leads with an entrepreneurial spirit focusing on integrity, market insight, and financial prudence.


Through the collaborative work and effort with his long-time friend and co-principal, John Slonecker, the companies have been involved with over a half a billion in commercial real estate transactions and currently manage over 350 million in assets throughout the Pacific Northwest.


Today, Gerry’s main focus at the companies is on the acquisition, management, and disposition of these assets.


Gerry is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Seattle University Business School with a BA in Accounting and a Minor in Mathematics. Gerry was born and raised in Seattle.

John Slonecker

PRINCIPAL

John joined Gibraltar in 2003 in the Role of CFO. Instrumental in creating financial models for existing assets and acquisitions and raising capital for projects, he was promoted to President in 2007 and became co-Principal in 2010. John’s current focus at Gibraltar is on Investor Relations, Banking Relations and Portfolio financial analysis.



Prior to Gibraltar, John served as Controller for an Australia-based heavy equipment firm as well as Senior Accountant with Western Wireless Corporation (Alltel).

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, John is a graduate of Seattle University Business School with a Finance Degree.
